Service Description

Shoot Your Shout LLC provides a paid promotional-content service where verified creators ("Clients") may purchase social-media shoutouts from Riley Reid ("Talent"). Shoutouts may appear on Riley Reid's verified accounts on Instagram, X (Twitter), and/or OnlyFans depending on the package and platform requirements.

Each shoutout is a promotional service that may include photo, video, or written posts as described on the order page.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and legally able to collaborate in adult-oriented promotions. All submitted content must feature individuals 18+ with documented consent.

Client Responsibilities

You must own or hold the rights to all photos, videos, logos, or text you submit.

You are responsible for ensuring your material complies with each platform's policies:

• Instagram: strictly SFW (Safe for Work). No nudity, explicit sexual activity, or pornographic language.
• X (Twitter): adult content allowed within X's Terms of Service and legal limits (no minors, non-consensual acts, or illegal activity).
• OnlyFans: adult content permitted under OnlyFans' Acceptable Use Policy.

We reserve the right to reject, edit, or request new materials if content violates platform rules or legal restrictions. Please read the guidebook carefully.

Payments and Fees

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Once a booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable, except in cases outlined in the Refund Policy.

Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery windows are listed on the order page. Delays can occur due to scheduling, platform moderation, or technical issues, and we'll communicate any significant changes.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your submitted content. By submitting, you grant Shoot Your Shout LLC and Riley Reid a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your materials solely to create and publish your purchased shoutout.

All original footage, likeness, and branding created by or featuring Riley Reid remain the property of Shoot Your Shout LLC and may not be reused without written permission.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit or request material that:

• Involves minors (in any capacity)
• Depicts non-consensual acts, violence, or hate speech
• Promotes illegal substances or activities
• Misrepresents identity or ownership of rights

Limitation of Liability

Shoot Your Shout LLC and Riley Reid are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including account suspensions, removed posts, or lost revenue).

Termination

We may refuse or cancel service for violations of these Terms at our sole discretion.

Changes

We may update these Terms periodically; the new version will be effective when posted.
